Bio ~ On a roller coaster ride of spiritual understanding from the age of 6 when I would leave my body at night and travel with a maroon-robed teacher, I heard inwardly in 2018 while meditating that ‘a time is coming when people will feel like they can’t breathe’.
So, I created a breathdeck in that year to encourage others to become better friends with their breath and was pleasantly surprised to see the 3-Fold Flame enter the picture.
